Tata Cara Pendaftaran SNMPTN-Undangan 2011

TATA CARA PENDAFTARAN UNDANGAN

1. Panitia pusat bersama-sama dengan panitia lokal menginformasikan kepada sekolah tentang pola penerimaan mahasiswa baru program sarjana SNMPTN Jalur Undangan.
2. Kepala Sekolah harus membaca dan memahami seluruh ketentuan dan prosedur SNMPTN Jalur Undangan yang termuat dalam laman SNMPTN http://undangan.snmptn.ac.id, terutama yang berkaitan dengan persyaratan dan daya tampung program studi di masing-masing PTN.
3. Kepala Sekolah secara proaktif mendaftarkan profil sekolahnya melalui laman SNMPTN http://undangan.snmptn.ac.id untuk mengikuti SNMPTN Jalur Undangan untuk mendapatkan user name dan password serta jumlah siswa yang dapat diusulkan mengikuti SNMPTN Jalur Undangan. Proaktif : Panitia SNMPTN tidak akan mengirimkan undangan tertulis secara langsung ke alamat masing-masing sekolah.
4. Kepala Sekolah mengisi data prestasi akademik siswa dengan menggunakan user name dan password secara online melalui laman SNMPTN http://undangan.snmptn.ac.id.
5. Kepala Sekolah memberikan Nomor Pendaftaran dan Password yang didapatkan dari sistem kepada siswa pelamar yang direkomendasikan.
6. Siswa Pelamar yang telah didaftarkan oleh Kepala Sekolah membayar uang pendaftaran ke Bank Mandiri dengan menunjukkan Nomor Pendaftaran. Catatan : Bagi siswa pelamar yang memenuhi persyaratan program Bidik Misi 2011 tidak perlu membayar biaya pendaftaran, sehingga siswa tersebut dapat langsung login untuk melakukan pendaftaran Jalur Undangan secara online.
7. Siswa Pelamar dengan menggunakan Nomor Pendaftaran dan Password mengisi biodata, pilihan PTN dan program studi, mengunggah (upload) foto resmi terbaru, dan mencetak Kartu Bukti Pendaftaran, melalui laman SNMPTN http://undangan.snmptn.ac.id.
8. Kepala sekolah dan siswa pelamar harus mengisi data dengan benar dan jujur. Ketidak-jujuran pengisian data akan dikenai sanksi dan dapat berakibat dibatalkannya seluruh proses seleksi jalur undangan untuk sekolah tersebut, walaupun siswa pelamar sudah dinyatakan lulus.

JADWAL SELEKSI JALUR UNDANGAN

• Pendaftaran : 1 Februari – 12 Maret 2011
• Pengumuman Hasil : 18 Mei 2011
• Registrasi : 31 Mei dan/atau 1 Juni 2011

PROGRAM STUDI DAN JUMLAH PILIHAN

1. Setiap siswa pelamar dapat memilih sebanyak-banyaknya 2 (dua) PTN yang diminati.
2. Siswa pelamar dapat memilih program studi yang diminati pada masing-masing PTN yang dipilih sebanyak-banyaknya 3 (tiga).
3. Urutan pilihan program studi merupakan prioritas pilihan.
4. Daftar program studi dan daya tampung SNMPTN Jalur Undangan tahun 2011 dapat dilihat pada laman SNMPTN http://undangan.snmptn.ac.id.
5. Ketentuan lebih lanjut mengenai seleksi penerimaan mahasiswa baru melalui undangan berdasarkan penjaringan prestasi akademik diatur dan ditetapkan oleh masing-masing PTN yang dipilih siswa pelamar. Siswa pelamar wajib membaca ketentuan tersebut di laman (website) PTN yang diminati.

BIAYA PENDAFTARAN

Biaya pendaftaran SNMPTN Jalur Undangan Tahun 2011 sebesar Rp. 175.000,- (seratus tujuh puluh lima ribu rupiah).

PENGUMUMAN HASIL DAN REGISTRASI JALUR UNDANGAN

1. 1. Hasil seleksi jalur undangan akan diumumkan melalui laman SNMPTN http://undangan.snmptn.ac.id pada Rabu, 18 Mei 2011.
2. 2. Registrasi bagi siswa pelamar yang lulus seleksi jalur undangan akan dilakukan pada 31 Mei 2011 dan/atau 1 Juni 2011 di masing-masing PTN.
3. 3. Persyaratan dan ketentuan registrasi yang harus dipenuhi oleh siswa pelamar yang lulus dapat dilihat pada laman di masing-masing PTN.
